Gods among us-part LI

JJ stood up, grab her things and looked at Anna. Anna was really surprised.

"Are you coming or what?" she asked Anna impatiently.

She stood up unwillingly, took  her back and stood next to her.

"Let´s go." she said and Anna followed her.

They all sat in the sand waiting for Bea to start explaining but Nora took the word instead.

"As you all heard, this is Amphitrite." she said by looking at Bea. Bea smiled.

"It´s so nice to hear my real name again." she said.

"We can understand you very well." Mary commented. "I still remember how it felt the first time that Alex said my name, the real one." she said and looked at Alex who was smiling and was looking at her eyes.

"Yes  yes, we all know. Can we now go back on how you found her?" Phil asked Nora. 

Nora smiled and looked at Bea.

"I can take it from here" she said to Nora smiling bak at her.

"First of all, this is the first time coming back to earth after the first time, thousands of years ago. I was asking about you though, on every life-time that you guys were here, and everytime you manage it very well so I didn´t had to come to support you." she said and touched Phil´s face.

Phil hold her hand, brought it to his lips and kissed it. 

"I missed you so much" he whispered.

"OK guys, you have time for all this, now we need to know. Bea please continue" Amy said.

"This time, as you all know, everything it´s different. They started waking up earlier than we thought and you Mark, were very hard to find. All this time, I was laughing with every little thing that you did, with all of you, with everything that you guys faced, especially when Mark came back as a woman, and dear Nora here, had no idea what to do or how to approach him." she said and started laughing out loud. Everyone did the same but Nora.

"Yes, I remember that. Not a nice story though. It was the first time, that I really wanted to kill him!" she said and a new wave of laughter took place.

"I agree, but how funny was this? Especially when he was flirting with you and you had no idea that it was him, do you remember?" Phil said wipping his eyes from the tears from laughing.

"For my defence, I had  no idea who I was, so I just saw a beautiful woman, and I was flirting with her." Mark said laughing. Nora stayed quiet.

"Oh-oh, the queen is very serious." Lilly commented and everyone stopped laughing.

"As funny  as this was, we have more important things to be worried now." Nora said quietly.

"You are right as always." Bea said. "As I was saying, this time was getting really hard for you guys. Once we found out that Phoebe escaped..."

"Wait, what?" Mark said immediately.

"Oh, you did´t know?" Bea asked.

"Know what?" Phil asked.

"The Titan who is here on earth, is Phoebe."

Nora took a deep breath.

"No, we didn´t know who it was. We knew that someone came on earth, but we didn´t know who, and we also suspect that he/she went into someone we know, bu we don´t know who either." Nora said.

"I am afraid that I don´t know that as well. Anyway, once Phoebe escaped, we knew that you guys would need some help. Especially since you were still not all together. Dear Zeus here was still in his human nature and you Nora had just met Phil. The rest, were OK, they were getting stronger day by day. But you two, we knew that this time, it would be difficult and we didnˋt wanted to take the risk. We thought at first, to sent the Cyclops, but then we decided not to show our weapons all at once. For this reason, we thought that it would be wiser, to send me to earth, so that you can get some extra help. And so we did."

"Will there be more coming for help?" Alex asked.

Bea looked at him.

"It depends. From what I heard, 12 of them are awake, and we know for sure that Phoebe is the one who escaped. Our guards, especially Cerberus, is trying really heard to keep the rest in their cells but I don´t know how long it will take until everyone will be awake. And you know that once Kronos is awake, that´s it. He will kill, once again Cerberus, and he will come to earth for you guys. Once we heard that Phil found Nora, we decided that it´s for the best for me to come to make sure that everything is OK. And once we found out that Nora remembered, we knew that we needed to contact her in order to make her aware that we are here with you."

Mark took a deep breath. Nora looked at him and stood up.

"OK, she said, if there are no more questions, I think it´s time to continue our training. Lilly, how are you feeling?" she asked.

"Better." Lilly said. "I feel the power growing on me."

"Do you have your sacred animals as well? What about weapons?" Bea asked.

"I got the shield. I still can´t control the olive trees and from the animals, the owl is getting closer and closer. I need to work on the snakes though."

Bea nodded. 

"That´s great" she said. "So, who´s next?" she asked.

"Me, but i have a question first." Phil said.

"I´m listening." Bea said.

"How long have you been on earth?"

"Why don´t  you ask me what you really want to know?" Bea said smiling.

"I just would like to know if you knew who you were all the way?" Phil asked.

Bea went closer to him.

"You want to know, why I didn´t search for you am I right?" Phil nodded.

"Because I knew that you would find me. I knew, that we would meet therefore there was no reason to upset you."

"You should have come to me first." Phil said and Bea gave him a soft kiss on his lips.

"Come on, let´s go, we have work to do." she said and stood up.
