Gods among us-part LXII

Mark took his sit in the plane next to Phil whilst Nora sat a few rows behind them with Bea.

"Is she still mad at you for asking about Anna?" Phil asked Mak.

"Yes she is" Mark said rolling his eyes. "So many years in this planet, I met so many women, I came back as a woman, but 
I will never understand the way of thinking."

Phil smiled.

"Well, we need to concentrate on the upcoming battle. No room for fights between us."

"You should tell this to her" Mark said and Phil laughed.

"You guys,will never change".

A few sits behind.

"Still mad at Mark?" Bea asked Nora.

"Not really. I am just very stressed for what will follow."Nora answered.

"I understand but I think that Mark things that you are mad at him."

"I donˋt really care. Zeus need to understand that he is not the center of the world."

A few hours later, they landed in Greece. They received the mini bus that they have rent and they headed to the hotel.

"Sooo, this is Greece!" Sarah said looking around her. "It is so different"

"Well, the world changes, it is normal for Greece also to change." Nora said.

"No statues of us anymore, no temples... It is just sad." Kevin added.

"It is my son, but we already knew that!"Mark answered and put his hand on Kevinˋs shoulder.

"Yes, but it is different to know something and actually see it" Phil said with a sad look on his face.

They reached their hotel in total silence. Each one was lost in their own thoughts. 

The next day they gathered for breakfast. It was the first time in history, that they were all together in Greece, not as Gods but as mortals. First to break the silence was Bea.

"So, what do you guys think?" she asked and took another slice of bread.

"i donˋt know." Mary said sipping coffee. "Everything is so weird. Differently weird."

Bea smiled.

"I know. Greece went through to many changes as earth in general."

"You speak as if you have been here before." Phil commented.

"I have actually. Multiple times. Never revealed the truth about who I was but i was coming  to ensure that everything is ok."

"You knew that this might come? I mean you knew that the Titans would want revenge?" Phil asked.

"Yes. We didnt want to believe it but we knew it was a possibility so we wanted to be prepared. Speaking of Titans, has Niko contacted us? Do we know the current situation?" 

"Yes, he texted me last night." Mark said. "Paps is waking up and gaining his powers. It should not last long until he is here on earth searching for us."

"And he still doesnˋt know that Niko is on our side?" James asked.

"We hope that he doesnˋt. But we can never be certain about him." Mark said.

"True. Will mom be on his side? Do we even know which one of them will be on his side?" Nora asked.

"Isnˋt she always?!"" Mark said with a sad smile on his face. "How different it would be if she for once, was on our side." He added.

"OK" Bea said. "Enough drama and there is more to come. Are we ready? We need to go to the place where the battle will be. We need to check it, to mark, to know every single inch of it."

"Will you tell us where it is or will it be a surprise?" Amy asked.

Bea smiled.

"Well my dear, you will find out soon."
